Overview
Little Geniuses offers language programs to day care facilities, private schools, public schools and summer camps. Kids learn not only the language but also the cultures where the language is spoken with experienced, native-speaking teachers.
​
Starting early is key; language acquisition is always easier the earlier you start. The first six years of life are fundamental for the development of language; children are capable of learning organically in a more natural way and get much further than their thoughts. We can promote their ability to express themselves in another language while they are learning about other cultures and the world in general.
​
At around 6-7 years old, many children have developed the necessary skills to enjoy learning the new language through reading and writing. We can begin to incorporate the new language as a daily routine and habit and they will come to speak this language perfectly, always with consistency and practice.
​
​Regardless, learning a new language can be a challenge for kids, which is why our programs focus on teaching in a dynamic and fun way utilizing music, games, stories, and crafts, always adapted to the age of the students. This is the easiest and most effective way of maintain the attention of children and creating a productive and enjoyable environment for learning.

Curriculum for preschool and Elementary

Objectives of our programs:

We provide immersion programs because we believe that the ear becomes more sensitive to pronunciation and accents and provides a more authentic experience to language learning.

We seek to provide an alternatives to the typical "classroom experience" of other schools which almost always results in boredom or frustration.

We believe that is important to provide a structured series of steps so that learning is clearer and easier.

All elements of language communication skills are exercised: oral and written expression (very elementary), listening and reading comprehension (images and simple texts)

We encourage cooperative learning, which is why students regularly work in pairs or in small teams, under the supervision of the teacher.

So as not to neglect and forget about the contents practiced during the week, refresher activities will be provided as well as short monthly tests.

The programs are divided into 8 different modules that include​ three Programs:
In Program 3, we practice additional verb conjugations, sentence construction, nouns and adjectives with gender and number, etc (always in a fun and dynamic way).
​
We find that kids love the idea of exploring the world, which is why we offer the opportunity to learn about different subjects through foreign Cities and Countries. In each class we imagine traveling to new and exotic places and learning about different customs, foods, people, music, places and animals.
​
*For elementary age students we practice vowels and consonants with their corresponding sound of the language that is being learned.
​
In each class we practice different skills such as reading, listening, writing and speaking through interaction with classmates. We use easy-reading books, easy popular songs, fun games and crafts through which kids can practice writing.
Additionally, we introduce step-by-step basic grammar through games in which kids are engaged and excited to learn.

For our preschoolers, many of the subjects are the same but do not use reading and writing; we focus on listening (songs and stories), speaking and repetition, big gestures and physical demonstrations, and we work with a many pictures, craft activities, and games.

Conversational
​

We offer as well the opportunity for young students, teenagers and adults with demonstrated interest and capability to practice and improve their conversational skills.
​
We can provide one-on-one language coaching (over a coffee, for example) where we can share experiences, opinions and vocabulary in the chosen language.
